Simply select which properties you would like to see and telephone the relevant office to arrange an appointment to view.
Should you wish to apply for any of the properties viewed you will be asked to provide.
A completed application form (this will be provided on the viewing if requested)
You are also required to provide the following:
Credit referencing fee of £25.00 per applicant (Cheque to be made payable to Monks)
Please Note: If you have been living overseas additional charges for credit referencing may be applicable.
- Copy bank statements and copy payslip
- Employers Reference
- Character Reference
- Landlords Reference
- Proof of ID (passport photo or driving licence)
Note: We may contact you once the credit check procedure has started to request that you provide us with:
- Proof of residency i.e. a utility or mobile phone bill with your current address on it dated within the last 3 or 6 months.
Your application will then be processed and a decision made as swiftly as possible to enable you to organise your accommodation requirements quickly and easily.

Should the application be successful, you will be required to pay and provide the following when signing the tenancy agreement:
· Tenancy agreement/administration fee of £200 to £250.
· Deposit
· First month´s rent
· Completed Bank Standing Order Form
And this will be confirmed in writing to you.
Please note: dependent on general conditions and the requirements of individual Landlords, certain criteria will appy (e.g. acceptance of pets, children etc.)
